After Phnom Penh liberated, Sokh arranged the plan to make demonstration on September 15, 1975. This demonstration had 6 targets. Sokh was a demonstration leader of the special zone target; and some demonstrators were intellectuals, teachers and base people in region 25. The target of special zone processed from region 25. When the demonstration arrived Kbal Thnal, the troops had already preparedto protect demonstrator led by woman Sao. About the other demonstration were the same.
ក្រោយពីភ្នំពេញរំដោះ ហើយ សុខ បានលើកផែនការឱ្យប្រជាជន ធ្វើបាតុកម្មនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥-៩-១៩៧៥ មាន ៦ មុខសញ្ញា។ មុខសញ្ញាភូមិភាគពិសេស ចេញពីតំបន់ ២៥ មានឈ្មោះ សុខ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំផ្ទាល់ មានបញ្ញវ័ន គ្រូបង្រៀន និងមូលដ្ឋាន នៅតំបន់ ២៥។ នៅពេលបាតុកម្មមកដល់ក្បាលថ្នល់ មានកងទ័ពរៀបចំទទួល ការពារសន្ដិសុខ ដឹកនាំដោយនារី សៅ ឯក្រុមផេ្សងៗទៀត ធ្វើដូចេ្នះដែរ ក្នុងការធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំង នឹងរបបខ្មែក្រហម។
