Chhem Chan, 19, male, of Kbal Damrei Leu Village, Kampong Kong Sub-district, District 18, joined the revolution on 1st December 1972 with Prakk being an introducer. At first, Chan worked at Cell 112, Deputy Chief of Company 22, Platoon 222. In 1974, Chan was transferred to Region 25 and to production cell of district 18 in 1975. The previous activities of Chan were to engage Koh Krabei battlefield. Getting injures at hospital 311 Kh, Chan fled home cause of missing family. Later on, Thon prompted Chan to flee home. After staying a night there, sub-district chief assigned Chan to district 18 farm for one month. Hong invited and fled home. Besides, Chan was lazy in working and fearing of battlefield.
ឆែម ចន អាយុ ១៩ឆ្នាំ ភេទប្រុស កើតនៅភូមិក្បាលដំរីលើ ឃុំកំពង់កុង ស្រុក ១៨ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅថ្ងៃ១-១២-១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះប្រាក់អ្នកនាំចូល ។ ដំបូងនៅកង ១១២ អនុសេនាធំ ២២ អនុសេនាតូច ២២២ ក្រោយមក ១៩៧៤ ផ្លាសមកនៅតំបន់ ២៥ និងជាយុទ្ធជនផលិត ស្រុក ១៨ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ។ សកម្មភាព របស់ចនកន្លងមកគឺ ពេលប្រយុទ្ធនៅសមរភូមិកោះក្របី របួសដេកពេទ្យ ៣១១ ឃ បន្ទាប់មករត់ទៅផ្ទះម្ដងដោយនឹកគ្រួសារពេក ។ ក្រោយមកត្រូវបាន ថុន ចលនាឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ នៅផ្ទះបានមួយយប់ ប្រធានឃុំឱ្យទៅនៅកសិដ្ឋានស្រុក ១៨ បានរយៈពេល ១ខែ ហុង បបួលរត់ទៅផ្ទះទៀត ។ ក្រៅពីនេះបានខ្ជិលធ្វើការងារ និងខ្លាចសមរភូមិ ។
