Chhot Sakun aka Chet, and Ly Ang aka Kim Ang informed that in 1970, Hon joined the White Khmer and was appointed as secretary of region 42; moreover, [he/she]linked the White Khmer network with Roat's network. Hon constantly expanded the White Khmer network, and accepted traitorous plan from Khuon.
ឈោត សាគុន ហៅ ចិត្ដ និង លី អាង ហៅ គឹម អាង បាន និយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ហុន បានចូលខ្មែរសេរី ជាលេខាតំបន់ ៤២ ហើយបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែខ្មែរសេរីជាមួយឈ្មោះ រាត់។ ហុន បាន ពង្រឹងខ្សែខ្មែរសេរីជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ និងបានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃួន។
