Tum Kheng aka Tek of Koh Krabei sub-district was a chief of Reussey Sanh prison with Khom, deputy chief [deceased]. In 1976, Phan held the post as a security guard supervising prisoners.
ឈ្មោះទុំ ខែង ហៅ តែក រស់នៅឃុំកោះក្របីជាមេគុកឫស្សីសាញ, អនុប្រធានឈ្មោះខុម «ស្លាប់»។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ផន មកកាន់នាទីជាសន្ដិសុខត្រួតត្រាអ្នកទោស។
