Tin Kan was born in Samrong at Traey Troeng, Prek Ambel. Below was a written letter suggested that the name could be released. Tim Sy stayed with a elderly Vietnamese at Prek Sdei from 1967 to 1970. Sy joined the revolution in 1973 and defected from their frontline in time of that being defeated. The name bearing a written letter stated the collective gave permission to release him.
ឈ្មោះទិន កាន កើតនៅសំរោងខែ ត្រើយត្រឹង ព្រែកអំបិល។ នៅពីក្រោមឈ្មោះនេះដាក់ថាអាចដោះលែងបាន។ ចំណែក ទីម ស៊ី នៅជាមួយយាយជាជនជាតិយួន នៅព្រែកស្ដី ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ -១៩៧០។ ស៊ី ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយបានរត់ចោលខ្សែ ត្រៀមពេលបាក់ខ្សែត្រៀម។ ឈ្មោះនេះមានចំណារថាសមូហភាព ដោះលែង។
