Ty Sovatha and Sokh Nann, workers of factory T-4, confessed that Lim Sikara, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in January 1975. Before April 17, Sikara convinced workers to go against the communism. After April 17, Sikara broke shuttles and screws of loom on a daily basis, convinced workers to go against to the communism regime and provoked eating problems.
ឈ្មោះទី សុវត្ថា និង សុខ ណាន់ កម្មករត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ លឹម ស៊ីការ៉ា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈនៅខែ១-១៩៧៥ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា ស៊ីការ៉ា បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំង កុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា ធ្វើឱ្យបែកត្រល់និងបាក់ខ្ចៅកី រាល់ថ្ងៃ, បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងបង្កទំនាស់ពី បញ្ហាស៊ីចុក។
