Sin Saroeun, 26, was a [member of]Battalion 555 and chief of small cell. Saroeun was born in Prey Moan village, Boeng Daol Sub-district, Preah Sdech District, Prey Veng province. He was a worker of transported from Keng Kang to Phnom Penh. Saroeun served as a soldier in Preah Sdech district in 1970. In 1971, Angkar transferred Saroeun to Battalion 130 under the leadership of Phuon and Phan. In 1972, Phuon and Phan sent Saroeun to Free Khmer movement and assigned those conducting good activities to battalion 555 to expand forces in 1973. In 1975, Chakrei ordered Phuon and Phan to screen those supposed to infiltrate into unit 502 to expand forces secretly and to get ready for the plans in July 1976 to destroy materials.
ឈ្មោះស៊ិន សារឿន អាយុ ២៦ ឆ្នាំ មាននាទីនយោបាយ អនុវរៈលេខ ៥៥៥និងជាប្រធានកងតូច។ សារឿន កើតនៅភូមិ ព្រៃមាន់ ឃុំបឹងដោល ស្រុកព្រះសេ្ដច ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ជាកម្មករ ដឹកធ្យូងពីកេងកងមកភ្នំពេញ។ សារឿន ចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពស្រុកព្រះសេ្ដច នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ១៩៧១ សារឿន ត្រូវបានអង្គការដកមកនៅវរៈ ១៣០ អ្នដឹកនាំឈ្មោះភួននិងផាន។ ១៩៧២ ភួននិងផានបានបញ្ជូន សារឿនក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរី ហើយចាត់តាំងអ្នកដែលមានសកម្មភាព ល្អឱ្យទៅបង្កប់នៅវរៈ៥៥៥ ដើម្បីពង្រីកកម្លាំងនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ១៩៧៥ ចក្រីបានឱ្យភួននិងផានជ្រើសរើសអ្នកដែលល្អទៅបង្កប់ក្នុងកង ៥០២ ដើម្បីពង្រីកកម្លាំងដោយសម្ងាត់និងត្រៀមចាំផែនការ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ កំទេចសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ។
