Saing Moeung, worker of textile T-2, confessed that Uy Latt, worker of textile T-2, was a member of the Free Khmer of second lieutenant Man and disguised into factories to keep trace of the Khmer Rouge. In June 1975, Latt received Tiv Chhiv Ky's plots to destroy looms and machines in factories.
ឈ្មោះសាំង មឿង កម្មករតម្បាញត-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ុយ ឡាត់ កម្មករតម្បាញត-២ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ឡាត់ ចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាម រយៈសក្ដិ១ ម៉ន ហើយមកបង្កប់ក្នុងរោងចក្រដើម្បីតាមដានខ្មែរ ក្រហម។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ទទួលផែនការពីទីវ ឈីវគី ឱ្យបំផ្លាញកី តម្បាញនិងម៉ាស៊ីនក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
