Chhim Sim aka Pin, Member of Office K-1, Division 310, conceded that in May 1975, Men, Soldier of Division 310, was disloyal to the revolution and took part in an activity of being against the party, under the instruction of Moeun. Moeun's leader was Choeun, Member of Political Battalion. Moeun assigned Men to steal all kinds of state equipment for Choeun. In 1975, Men stole one container of white gas in state commerce, 100 envelopes, and onther bikes' spare parts.
ឈ្មោះឈឹម ស៊ឹម ហៅពីន សមាជិកមនី្ទរក-១ កងពល ៣១០បាន ឆ្លើយថា កាលពីខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ម៉េន យុទ្ធជននៅកុ្នងកងពល ៣១០ ក្បត់បដិវត្ដ ចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្ស ព្រោះមឿន ជាអ្នកអប់រំ ហើយមេរបស់ មឿន គឺ ជឿន នយោបាយវរសេនា តូច។ មឿន ចាត់តាំង ម៉េន ឱ្យដើរលួចសម្ភារៈរដ្ឋគ្រប់មុខយកទៅឱ្យ ជឿន។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ម៉េន លួចសាំងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋបាន ១ធុង និង កៅស៊ូកង់១០០ និងគ្រឿងកង់ផេ្សងៗទៀត។
