Chhim Sin aka Pin, Member of Office K-1, Division 310, confessed that Moeun, Member of Political Battalion, Division 310, was his new leader. In February 1975, Moeun caused our comrades to be dead and to wound in frontline by shooting secretly. After that, Choeun invited Moeun to join the meeting and received plan to destroy the Angkar's equipment and to expand treacherous forces. Furthermore, Moeun recruited 2 forces and persuaded new people to oppose to cooperative.
ឈ្មោះឈឹម ស៊ីន ហៅ ពីន សមាជិកមនី្ទរក-១កងពល៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មឿន នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ ជាមេថ្មីរបស់ខ្លួន។ នៅខែ២-១៩៧៥ មឿន លួចបាញ់មិត្ដយើង នៅកុ្នងខ្សែត្រៀមពលី និងរបួសមួយចំនួន។ បន្ទាប់មកជឿន បាន ហៅ មឿន ទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរបស់អង្គការ និង ពង្រីកកម្លាំងក្បត់។ ជាក់ស្ដែង មឿន កសាងកម្លាំងបាន ២ នាក់ និងដើរបំផុសប្រជាជនថ្មីឱ្យទំនាស់និងសហករណ៍។
