កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Phann Ying aka Han, 20, was born in Preah Vihear village, Taing Krasaing sub-district, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province. Han was a worker of train unit in Phnom Penh. In 1972, Han joined the revolution at battalion 314, region 41. In 1973, he joined the Free Khmer through Hen, [member of]battalion 414 politics. Han stayed with Han's unit and hid the secret of the White Khmer members expanded. In May 1975, Hen assigned Hen to train factory to infiltrate and burrow the revolution. From 17 May 1975 to 28 July 1976, Han received the plans from Huon to mobilize forces and destroy lathe machines and locomotive.
ឈ្មោះផាន់ យឹង ហៅ ហន អាយុ ២០ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិព្រះវិហារ ឃុំតាំងក្រសាំង ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ហន ជាកម្មករ រទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញ។ ១៩៧២ ហន ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅវរសេនាតូច៣១៤ តំបន់ ៤១។ ១៩៧៣ ចូលខ្មែរស តាមការអប់រំរបស់ហេន នយោបាយវរៈ ៤១៤។ ហន មកនៅជាមួយអង្គភាពហេន ហើយលាក់ការណ៍ពីកម្លាំងខ្មែរសដែលកសាងបាន។ នៅខែ៥-៧៥ ហេន បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យហន មកនៅរោងចក្ររទេះភ្លើងដើម្បីបង្កប់ ស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុងបដិវត្ដ។ នៅថ្ងៃ១៧-៥-៧៦ និងថ្ងៃ២៨-៧-១៩៧៦ ហន បានទទួលផែនការពីហួន ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹង និងកំទេចក្បាលរទេះភ្លើង។
