Mam Savoeun aka Mony, Deputy Chief of Company, division 290, confessed that Sovann, Chief of Group, Battalion 213, Regiment 21, Division 290, was a former Chief of 50-Member cell. Later, Sovann was demoted from a Chief of 50-Member cell to a Chief of Group. Since then, Sovann provoked endless squabble with the Angkar. Sanvoeun convinced Sovann to betray the party.
ឈ្មោះមុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុវ៉ាន់ ប្រធានក្រុមនៅវរសេនាតូច ២១៣ វរសេនាធំ ២១ កងពល ២៩០ថាៈ សុវ៉ាន់កាលពីមុនជាកងហា ក្រោយមកធ្លាក់ដំណែងមកនៅត្រឹមប្រធានក្រុម។ ចាប់ពីពេលនោះមក សុវ៉ាន់ ទំនាស់នឹងអង្គការជាប់ ហើយសាវឿនក៍អប់រំអូសទាញ សុវ៉ាន់ ឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។
