Mam Visal, 24, chief of Office of Division 170, was born in Rorkar Doh Village, Kroam Traya Sub-district, Preah Sdech District, Prey Veng Province. 1968, Visal stayed with Chakrei, serving as a messenger. In 1970, Visal moved to Kampong Trabek District, serving as a chief of Company. In 1972, Chakrei indoctrinated Visal to infiltrate into Battalion 13 and convince soldiers to defect from battlefield. In 1973, Visal came to Office of Division 170, persuading soldiers to quarrel with Angkar and messengers to shoot at each other and have a sexual misconduct. In 1975, Chakrei assigned Visal to infiltrate into unit 502 and to prepare for July 1976 plots to destroy major materials kept at Pochentong.
ឈ្មោះម៉ម វិសាល អាយុ ២៤ ឆ្នាំ ប្រធានមន្ទីរកងពល ១៧០។ វិសាល កើតនៅភូមិរការដុះ ឃុំគ្រាំត្រយ៉ ស្រុកព្រះសេ្ដច ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ ១៩៦៨ វិសាលនៅជាមួយចក្រី ជាអ្នករត់ឯកសារ។ ១៩៧០ វិសាលទៅស្រុកកំពង់ត្របែកជាប្រធានកងអនុសេនាធំ។ ១៩៧២ ចក្រីអប់រំវិសាលឱ្យចូលខ្មែរសេរីបង្កប់នៅអង្គភាព វរសេនាតូច១៣ ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចេញពីសមរភូមិ។ ១៩៧៣ វិសាលមកនៅមន្ទីរកងពល ១៧០ ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យទំនាស់ជាមួយ អង្គការ ចលនាឱ្យនីរសាបាញ់គ្នានិងខិលខូចជាមួយនារីម្នាក់។ ១៩៧៥ ចក្រីចាត់តាំងវិសាលឱ្យមកបង្កប់នៅអង្គភាព ៥០២ត្រៀម ចាំផែនការខែ៧-១៩៧៦កំទេចសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗនៅក្នុងពោធិ៍ចិនតុង។
