Loch Yan, 35 years old, male, was a native of Lekh 1 Village, Prek Eng Sub-district, Region 25. In 1975, Kok Lorn made contact with Loch Yan for two time when assigned to dig canal at Prey Eng. Three days later, Angkar arrested Loch Yat.
ឈ្មោះឡុច យ៉ាន ភេទប្រុសមានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិលេខ១ ឃុំព្រែកឯង ស្រុក ១៦ តំបន់ ២៥ អាយុ ៣៥ឆ្នាំ។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ កុក លន បានទាក់ទងឡុច យ៉ានពីរលើពេល កំពុងជីកប្រឡាយនៅព្រែកឯង បីថ្ងៃក្រោយមកអង្គការក៍បានចាប់ខ្លួន ឡុច យ៉ានបាត់ទៅ។
