Kuy Chheng Lay, train worker, confessed that Yang Iv Chhun, technician of steam engine, was indoctrinated by Norng Moeun with the betrayal of the party. Iv Chhun convinced workers not to work so hard because a rice plate was, though working hard, equally distributed. Iv Chhun received anti-party plots in April, June, August and December 1976.
ឈ្មោះគុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ យ៉ាង អ៊ីវឈុន អ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសយន្ដចំហាយថាៈ បានទទួលការអប់រំពីនង មឿន ឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ អ៊ីវឈុន បំផុសកម្មករកុំឱ្យធ្វើការខ្លាំងពេក ហូបបាយមួយចានដូចគ្នាទេ។ អ៊ីវឈុន ធ្លាប់ទទួលផែនការវាយបក្ស នៅខែ៤, ៦, ៨ និងខែ១២-១៩៧៦។
