Kann Sim aka Mon, member of small sell, factory K-1, confessed that Than, chief of tyre repair factory at Phsa Tauch, was his treacherous network. Than was convinced by Sarin, deputy chief of Political Affairs Kh-103, to betray the party. Paunh Chin, regiment 160, Sa-Um hatched plots to attack the party on April 17, 1976, and May 20, 1976. The attack, if aborted, would be launched in December 1976.
