Heng Iev, 22, chief of Platoon, was born in Tuong Chey Village, Tuong Chey, O Reang Ov District, Kampong Cham Province. Iech joined the revolution in Koh Sotin District 1970. In 1971, Iech came to Battalion 160 under Suong and Sokoeun. In 1973, Suong and Sokoeun indoctrinated Iech to serve for the Free Khmer activities and infiltrate into unit 102 by means of convincing soldiers to have conflictswith each other, to go against each other, to flee home and throw guns aways. In 1975, Sokoeun and Kour assigned Iech to infiltrate into unit 502 to convince soldiers to counter the revolution, damage machines, and prepare for July 1976 plots to destroy major warehouses.
ឈ្មោះហង់ អ៊េៀច អាយុ ២២ ឆ្នាំ ប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូច។ កើតនៅភូមិតូងជ័យ ឃុំតូងជ័យ ស្រុកអូររាំង«ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ អ៊េៀច ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅស្រុកកោះសូទិននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ១៩៧១អ៊េៀចមកនៅកងវរសេនាធំ ១៦០ ក្រោមការ ដឹកនាំរបស់សួងនិងសុកឿន។ ១៩៧៣ សួងនិងសុកឿនអប់រំ អ៊េៀចឱ្យចូលបំរើសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរីបង្កប់នៅ អង្គភាព ១០២ ដោយចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យទំនាស់គ្នា ឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ឱ្យយុទ្ធជន រត់ទៅផ្ទះនិងចលនាឱ្យយុទ្ធជនបោះកាំភ្លើង។ ១៩៧៥ សុកឿន និងកួរចាត់តាំងឱ្យអ៊េៀចបង្កប់នៅអង្គភាព ៥០២ដើម្បីចលនា យុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើឱ្យខូចគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន ត្រៀមចាំផែនការ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ដើម្បីកំទេចឃ្លាំងធំ@ៗ។
