Other issues (to raise up about effort plantation rice to maximum in order to supply to unit. ក្នុងកិច្ចការប្រជុំនេះ គឺត្រូវរាយការណ៍ដោយសមមិត្ដ សយ និង រ៉េន ដែលមានរបៀបវារៈ៣គឺៈ ១. រាយការណ៍អំពីសកម្មភាពខ្មាំង សភាពការណ៍ក្នុងអង្គភាព សភាពការណ៍ស្បៀង និងសម្លៀកបំពាក់ និងសេចក្ដីស្នើរសុំ។ ២. មតិណែនាំរបស់បង៨៩។ ៣. បញ្ហាផេ្សងៗដែលលើកឡើងពីការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបង្កើនផលឱ្យបាន ច្រើន ដើម្បីផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទៅដល់អង្គភាព។
