On August 24, 1977, Chay Chev, deputy commander of regiment 31, division 703, was detained in S-21 where he made a confession about his activities related to republic regimes, his association and his tendency towards Republic regime and imperialism.
ចាយ ចេវ មានឋានៈជាអនុប្រធានកងវរសេនាធំ៣១ កងពល៧០៣ ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនយកទៅដាក់គុកនៅមន្ទីរស-២១ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។ នៅក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ សាម៉ីជន មានរៀបរាប់អំពីសកម្មភាពដែលធ្វើកន្លងមកមានការទាក់ទិន ទៅនឹងរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋ ឈ្មោះមនុស្សដែលមានទំនាក់ទំនងជា១ខ្លួន និងមាននិន្នាការជាមួយរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋ និងពួកចក្រក្រពត្ដិនិយម។
