A source reported that the enemies in Southwest Region sent 50 troops with Parachute Uniforms into Phnom Penh City. They divided into groups of 2 and 3, then found the position of National Security Forces in Phnom Penh City. The remark for recognition was a black thing tied to wrist and ankle. The enemies aimed to attack Phnom Penh City from November 13-20, 1971, by 3 directions. Southern direction, they would came in by Kampong Dangkao to attack Stung Mean Chey Radio Station. Western direction, they would destroy Purchentong Airport. Northern direction, they would destroy power station and Gas station.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ថា កងទ័ពខ្មាំងផ្នែកទិសនិរតី បានបញ្ចូលគ្នាប្រហែល ៥០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ជាកងឆ័ត្រយោងដោយបំបែកគ្នាជាក្រុមមាន ២នាក់ខ្លះ ៣នាក់ខ្លះ ដើរមើលទីតាំងកងការពារជាតិក្នុងទីក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។ គ្រឿងសម្គាល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកគឺមានវត្ថុពណ៌ខ្មៅចងនៅកងដៃ និងកង ជើង។ ពួកខ្មាំងបម្រុងវាយប្រហាររដ្ឋធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅរវាងថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់ ថ្ងៃ២០ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ដោយចូលជា៣ទិស។ ទិសខាងត្បូងចូលតាមកំពង់ដង្កោ វាយប៉ុស្ដិ៍វិទ្យុស្ទឹងមានជ័យ។ ទិសខាងលិចកមេ្ទចអាកាសយានដ្ឋានពោធិ៍ចិនតុង។ ទិសខាងជើងកមេ្ទចរោងចក្រអគ្គីសនី និងហាងសាំង។
