The Vietnamese savage acts of aggression and invasion perpetrated by surprise have ardenthy seethed the hatred of the whole nation and people of Kampuchea, the whole revolutionary army of Kampuchea agaist the Vietnamese aggressor, annexationists swallowers of territories who seek for swallowing the territory of our beloved Kampuchea in conformity with their deadly strategical aim at constrainting our country to join member of the "Indochina Federation" under the Vietnam's thumb.
