The Saigon regime is furthermore a storm-trooper for nixson's "Asian doctrine". The invasion of Cambodia by Thieu's troop in 1970 and their aggression against Southern Loas in 1971 are relevant vivid illustration. Article 20 of Paris agreement stipulates: "foreign countries shall put an end to alimititary activities in Cambodia and Laos. However, so far, the Saigon quslings not only have not withdrawn their troops from Cambodia, but have even sent their fresh contigents. the US congress forced Nixon to stop the bombing of Cambodia as from August 15. On September 20, two puppet battalions lost over 200 men in Chhouk Sa, 3.5 Km north of Sala Lex Pram. On September 19 and 20 they also knocked down 2 T.28s over city, killing the pilots. In the east of capital, the NKPLAF, on September 20 and 21 twice assaulted the reignforced position of Vicher Rour, killing and wounding 40 mercenaries.
