Summary / Abstract :

On October 1st, 1973 the foreign ministry of the provisional revolutionary goverment of the repulic of South Vietnam sent a note to the Soviet Union, China, Poland, Hungry, Indonesia, Britain, and Frence to inform them of the present tense situation in South Vietnam caused by the seriouse violation of many important provisions of the Paris Agreement on ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam. The note has also been sent to the government of the Kingdom of Iran which is the new member of the International commission for comtrol and supervision, and Waldheim, Secretary General of the United Nations.
