The glorious 5th anniversary of the summit conference of the Indochinese people has come at a time when the situation is excellent in the three Indochinese countries where the people are fighting in unity and advancing in triumph, when the Cambodian people have liberated Phnom Penh and ar celebrating the great victory amidst a song of triumph, and when news of victory keeps spreading from South Vietnam and the Puppet Saigon regime is crumbling the Chinese people with the profound feeling of comrades-in-arms and brothers, extend their hight respects and warn congratulation to the heroic people of the three Indochinese countries.
