The American airlift to Phnom Penh resumed just before noon today after a 48-hour half caused by the damaging of two cargo airlift by Khmer Rouge rocket fire Despite concern at the United States Embassy at the failure of the Cambodian army to clear the "Rocket belt" eight miles to the north west of the airport, the airlift resumed at full speed.
