Arranyaprathet, Thailand, May 4-A truck convoy carrying 585 foreigners who were trapped in Cambodia when it fell to the Khmer Rouge crossed into Thailand Saturday. They reported that 250 more foreign nationals were still waiting to be evacuated from Phnom Penh.
