Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the titular leader of he Cambodian insurgents, today rejected a new peace appeal by Mr. Long Boret, Prime Minister of the Phnom Penh Government. In a statement circulated to correspondents here, the prince decribed the appeal as "a new comedy played out on the bloody Cambodian scene by U.S imperialism." Mr Long Boret's appeal according to the prince, called for a ceasefire, negotiations and national reconciliation in Cambodia.
