Phnom Penh, March 28-This besieged capital's lifeline, the U.S airlift of food and ammunition, was cut Friday by communist gunners who turned their full fury on battered Pochentong Airport. with their Rockets and Artillery trained on the airfield, the inexorably advancing communist forces gave Phnom Penh residents the second day in a row free of rocketing after nearly two months of steady, but erratic, attacks. However, the relief is likely to be shortlive field reports indicated communist buildups and gains on virtually all sides of the capital as well as in several outlying.
