Phnom Penh: The outcome of Cambodia's presidential elected this week. The first under the new Constitution- was as predictable as a chess match between the world champion, who fortifies his chances by adding an extra queen to his 16 pieces, and the amateur who still isn't quite sure how the knight has moved Marshal Lon Nol, who declared himself the republic's first president last match, was the champion with the extra queen. After his self appointment the Marshal's thoughts were codified into the Constitution, which according to official figuers, was approved by 96% of the Cambodian elected on April 30.
