Saigon December, 10 (UPI) South Vietnamese troops suffered at least 71 soldiers killed or wounded yesterday in bitter fighting inside Cambodia. It was one of the heaviest South Vietnamese losses since entering Cambodia eight months ago, militan spokemen. The spokemen in Saigon said at least 30 South Vietnames soldiery were killed and 41 wonded while turning back a communist attack on a command post near Krek 75 miles northeast of Phnom Penh. They said 48 Viet Cong and north Vietnamese troops were killed in the battle.
