B-52 bomber of the US strategic air command today bombed a terminal of the Ho Chi Minh trail in Vietnam and a commusnit staging area east of a the Shau Valley, military spokesmen reported. The spokesmen said that the two strikes of at least three planes and 90 tons of bombs each were aimed at a trail terminus 123 miles North-West of Da Nang and one mile from the Laotian border, and at a suspected communist base camp and storage area about 15 miles east of A Shau Valley and 66 miles North-West of Da Nang.
