Is there a split within the leadership of the Cambodian resistance movement to that section of the Royal Government of National Union already funtioning inside the country, has been siezed on by Washinton and Phnom Penh information agencies a proof of some crisis within the leadership. These agencies are even making the pretense that this crisis will pave the way for negotiations between the Lon Nol puppets and the resistance leadership. Given the total political bankruptcy in Phnom Penh such an illusion is doubtless comforting.
