Ou Khy alias Heng, male, disappeared. Interviewed with his brother, Ou Thou, is 46. Thou lives in Angkor Ban7 village, Angkor Ban commune, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province.
Ou Nem was Thou៌s father, and Heng Yan was Thou៌s mother. Thou had 4 siblings. Thou said, Khy was the first child in the family. He was born in year of rabbit. Khy studied in grade 3 at Peam Chikang, kampong Cham province. He quit school in 1971. After quitting school, he taught the villagers Khmer Alphabet in Angkor Ban village for 3 months. Then Khy left his home village to serve as combatant through his friend, Han. Khy returned his home village after 7 days. Thou said, until the war had been stopped, he would return home village. In 1973, Khy returned his home village which accompanied the gun in his hand. At the time, because the village chief wanted to confiscate Khy៌s gun, so there was an argument between them. Chhin was district chief. In 1996, Thuo used to find his brother, Khy at Anlong Svay, Sam Lot district. while Khy was there, he asked the villagers about Khy៌s information who live in Unit 888. However, nothing replies, and then Thoun was sent back to by them. In1971, Thou himself quit school to serve as combatant in National United Front of Kampuchea. In 1972, There was a bombardment, many houses were burnt. Khin and On got badly injured. Phann was a distrit chief, and Khim was Unit chief. Thuo heard, his relative, Chheang, was arrested to put into the prison because of stealing the corn for his child. Thuo heard, between 1976 and 1977, many people were killed by KR. During KR regime, the village, communes, district chief, were often changed. អ៊ូ ឃី ហៅ ហេង ភេទប្រុស កំណត់សម្គាល់ៈ បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ធូ អាយុ ៤៦ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាប្អូន ប្រុស។ ធូ រស់នៅភូមិអង្គរបាន៧ ឃុំអង្គរបាន ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ឪពុករបស់ ធូ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ណែម និងម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ហោង យ៉ន។ ធូ មានបងប្អូន៤នាក់។ ធូ និយាយថា ឃី ជាកូនទីមួយនៅក្នុង គ្រួសារ។ គាត់កើតឆ្នាំ ថោះ។ ឃី ធ្លាប់រៀនត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី៣នៅ សាលាពាមជីកង ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ឃី ឈប់់រៀននៅ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១។ គាត់ជួយ បង្រៀនអក្សសាស្រ្ដខែ្មរនៅក្នុងភូមិអង្គរបាន បាន៣ខែ។ ក្រោយមក ឃី ក៏ចាកចេញទៅធ្វើជា យោធា តាមរយៈ ការហៅពីមិត្ដភ័ក្រ្ដឈ្មោះ ហាន។ ឃី ចេញទៅវាយបាន៧ថៃ្ង ក៏ត្រលប់មកលេង ភូមិ វិញ។ ឃី ប្រាប់ទៅ ធូ ថាលុះត្រា ណាស្រុកឈប់កើតមានសង្គ្រាមទើបគាត់ត្រលប់ចូលស្រុក វិញ។ តែនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ឃី ក៏ត្រលប់ចូលមកម្ដងទៀតដោយមានកាន់ កាំភើ្លងមកជាមួយ។ កាលនោះ មានការ ឈេ្លាះគ្នារវាង ឃី និងមេភូមិឈ្មោះ អ៊ុល ដោយសារតែមេភូមិចង់ដកយកកាំ ភ្លើងពី ឃី។ ឈ្មោះ ឈិន ជាប្រធានសង្កាត់។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៦ ធូ ធ្លាប់ទៅរក ឃី ដែរនៅឯអន្លុងស្វាយ ស្រុក សំឡូត។ ទៅដល់ស្រុកនេះ ធូ សួរ អ្នកភូមិពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ឃី ដែលធ្លាប់រស់នៅកងពល ៨៨៨ តែអ្នកទាំងនោះពុំបានឆេ្លីយអី្វទេ ហើយក៏ បព្ជូាន ធូ ត្រលប់មកវិញ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ ធូ ឈប់រៀន ចូលយោធាធ្វើរណសិរ្សរួមរួមជាតិ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ មានការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់ បែកធ្វើឱ្យឆេះផ្ទះជាច្រើន។ ឈ្មោះ ឃិន និង អុនរងរបួសយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ ឈ្មោះ ផាន់ ជាគណៈស្រុក និង ខឹម ជាប្រធានកង។ ធូ ឮថា សាច់ញាតិរបស់ គាត់ឈ្មោះ ឈាង ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមចាប់ដាក់គុក ដោយសារតែលួច លាក់ពោតទុកឱ្យកូនហូប។ ធូ ឮថានៅចន្លោះ ១៩៧៦៧៧ ខែ្មរក្រហមសម្លាប់ មនុស្សច្រើន។ នៅក្នុងសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម ប្រធានភូមិ, គណៈឃុំ, គណៈស្រុក ត្រូវផ្លាស់់ប្ដូរជាញឹក ញាប់។
