Summary / Abstract :

The Lao and Khmer people forcefully Conderm the warmonyering US aggressors and warn them that the Nixon admimistration must bearfull respondsibility for the sequenses arising from its new Thieu-Ky-Khiem Junta which has on US orders sent Saigon mercenaries into Laos, it will surely be defeated by the Lao people as it has been and is being so by the Khmer people in Cambodia.
