Phnom Penh January 21. Cambodian government troops today reported some success in a drive to oust insurgents from positions near the capital, but said the country's key road had again been cut ofter being reopened only three day ago. The high command said it caused heavy casualties in a drive eight miles north-west of the capital and dused propeller-driven T28 fighters in all-night raids on insurgent positions threatening the former resort of Takhmau, three miles south of Phnom Penh.
