Saigon, south Vietnam, Tuesday, August 8 (AP)-American jets wiped out 14 tanks supporting a new Communist drive in Cambodia while, in the northern sector of enemy infantry that attscked their outposts, the allied commands reported yesterday. In Cambodia elements of two north Vietnamese division, backed for the first time by tanks, were reported on the offensive Sunday, concentrating their attacks against the town of kampong Trabek and the outer defenses of Neak Luong, an important base on the east bank of the Mekong River.
