Another signal again of the Cambodia National Liberation Armed Forces was the shattering attack on the Phnom Penh fuel storage in the night of september 19. Commented AFP: This is perhaps indication that the oppnet (i.e. the Cambodia National Liberation Armed Forces -Ed) want to show that he can attack any place, any time though the government (i.e the Lon Nol -Ed.) has asserted that the guerillas have been stopped short... All fuel supply in Phnom Penh has been cut off. The raid which coast the assailants no losses will cernatainly have agreat psychologycol impact.
