Report that the Khmer Rouge carried out wholesale executions of former Lon Nol government civilian and military officials immediately after their April 17 victory continue to trickle out of Cambodia through refugees and U.S intelligence source in Washington and in the Thai capital. These reports cannot be confirmed and should be regarded with suspicion as they come from sources which can hardly be considered detached and disinterested.
