Phnom Penh, c'est fini la capitale du Cambodge, encerclée depuis le 22 Janvier 1971, et tombêe jeudi matin aux mains des Khmer Rouges. Le Prince Norodom Sihanouk, renversé le 18 mars 1970 par le généaral Lon Nol, a officiellenment annoncé la reddition de la capitale, en publiant un communiqué laconique.
