Summary / Abstract :

The Americans and their South Vietnamese, Laotian and Cambodian allies are fighting there different ground wars these days. The North Vietnamese are fighting one, in three differents place. And last week American Analysts here, trying to make sense of it all, were saying that the communist might be concentratintg their attacks in Lao and Cambodia because it is easier for them to succeed there now than it is in South Vitenam. The analysts do not doubt, however that and important aim of the North Vietnamese is to offect the outcom of the Novermber elections the United States. "They think maybe that they can embarras us as easily there in Lao and Cambodia because as in Vetnam" One of these analyst said other day.
