|
Cambodia, the first of the so-called dominoes of Indochina, was yesterday toppled by a forces of Hanoi trained and armed communist insurgents. Immediately, the easy "domino" scenario seemed more convincing. North Vietnam might seem halfway a third communist forces in the world, effectively controlling Cambodia, the whole of Vietnam and Laos, and able to exert pressures on Thailand. But the reality of North Vietnamese control of South-east Asia may turn out to be different.
