Summary / Abstract :

A team of government investingators has concluded in report prepared for the general accounting office that American and South Vietnames bombing is contributing substantially to the growing refugee problem in Cambodia. The partly confidential report, which has been prepared at request of senator Edward M.Kenedy, the chairman of the senate Judiciary sub-committee on refugees, assert that more than two million Cambodians have been driven from their homes at different times since the war spread to theire countty in the spring of 1970.
