In your Novermber, 17 issue C.L. Sulzberger writes, "There seems to be waning enthusiasm in Peking for prince Norodom Sihanouk. When he sought French assistance to transfer this exile headquarters to Paris, this was discovered by, the Peking outhoriteis, who were displeased. I protes against this fanciful story. I have never made the slightes approach to the French to the end that they should shelter me or my so called "exile Headquarters" in Paris. On the other hand, there are French men who have advised me on thier own respondsibility to leave Peking for Paris, which I have allways categorically refused to do, since France maintains deplomatic relations with the Phnom Penh regime and China is and will remain the number one support of my government.
