|
Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the Cambodian titular head of state, will return to Cambodia after five years of exile on September 9 or 10, a reliable source said today. The prince would leave for Hanoi within the next 48 hours to attend the celebration of the North Vietnamese national day and return to Peking next week, the source went on. He would then give a farewell banquet for the Chinese leaders and leave for Phnom Penh. His aides said that the Cambodian authorities could not yet authorize journalists to enter the country.
