When Dr.Kissinger made the rounds of Arab capitals after concluding the Sinai agreement, he was received with varying degrees of warmth. Saudi Arabia approved the Sanai accord; Jordan did so with some reservations-which seemed, however, attributable to the hitch in America's arms sales.
