The meeting of nonaligned nations last week at Lima, Peru, seemed like a strange venue for film première. Yet, at a reception hosted by the Cambodias delegates and correspondents were invited to view an extraordinary motion picture entitled "A Heroic People," said to have been shot in the Cambodian coutryside during the final weeks of the war there and in the capital of Phnom Penh immediately after its capture by the Khmer Rouge.
