Phnom Penh: with anti-government feeling among teachers and students sapped by the closure of Phnom Penh's schools and colleges, speculation rose in the capital that the Buddhists would become the next problem. Same political observers here felt that the Buddhist protest might snowball into a movement as viable as that which helped to bring about the down fall of south Vietnam president Ngo Dinh Diem in 1963.
