Phnom Penh: The rocket and artillery attack that have plagued the Cambodian capotal since December 23 seem to be losing much of their psychological impact. In a few instances, they have even been something of a curiosity. Hundreds of onlookers have gathered at the scene of a rocket or artillery shell explosion to ogle the remains of bloody corpses and smashed buildings. It is almost like watching a war film at the cinema. Some people eat ice-cream: other shell it.
