Phnom Penh, March 5 (AP). Governments reinforcements wept west from Phnom Penh today to counter an insurgent force that has taken over a five mile stretch of highway 4, the capitals road to the sea. More than 1,000 government soldiers with 50 armored vehicles were moving west in columns several miles long both north and south of the highway, field report said.
