Chinese leaders Teng Hsiao_Ping, Chen Hsilien and Li Su-Wen on April 18 called at the Mansion of the Head of State of Combodia and handed Samdech Norodom Sihanouk and Prime Minister Penn Nouth copies of a message of greeting jointly signed by Mao Tsetung, Chairman of the Central Committe of the Communist Party of China, Chu Teh, Chaiman of the Standing Committe of the National People's Congress, and Chou En_lai, Premier of State Council. They extended enthusiastic congratulations to the heroic Cambodian people on behalf of the Chinese communist party, the Chinese government and the Chinese people.
